Терминирующая последовательность) одного гена и кодоном инициации следующего гена в полицистронной транскрипционной единице.2. Нетранслируемая последовательность оснований в полицистронной информационной РНК, служащая для разделения последовательностей, кодирующих различные белки. Размеры И. р. значительно варьируют (1-100), но обычно включают ок. 20-30 нуклеотидов.
